The QuikFire OV02 is a custom countertop oven designed for homes, restaurants, hotels, resorts, bakeries and commercial kitchens.

It can be configured for baking, roasting or general-purpose cooking, with dimensions and internal layout adapted to the customer’s requirements.

Custom Oven Configuration

Depending on the intended use, the OV02 can be designed for:

• baking bread and cakes
• roasting poultry and larger cuts of meat
• general commercial kitchen use
• custom internal shelf arrangements
• different oven heights and door openings
• stainless steel or more economical painted-steel exterior construction

The oven can be built with a taller cooking chamber where additional clearance is needed for roasting larger foods.

A full stainless steel version is available for customers who want durability, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning in demanding kitchen environments.

Alternative configurations can also be produced where budget requirements are a greater consideration.

Because baking and roasting requirements vary, the OV02 can be custom made to suit the customer's intended use and available space.
