QUIK-FIRE SS Charcoal Barbecue Grill will be the answer to having your own class act, SS Charcoal Barbecue pit.

The, SS DeLuxe, and SS Master DeLuxe Charcoal models have the same thick double walled insulated tops and stainless insulated bodies as do our Deluxe gas models.

Therefore, you may use your, Deluxe SS Charcoal Barbecue Grill, as an, Oven, and or, Smoker, as well. We remove the curved sparker side housing from the gas models and add an additional side table, giving you two side tables, then convert the firing system to Charcoal.

The large diameter holes with the tear drop adjustable vent doors on either side of the top will assist with heat control. The drip tray is made deeper to collect accumulated ash. Applying a high quality Oven Thermometer to the top is a must for keeping an eye on the heat required when, Barbecuing, Roasting, or Smoking.

We use the same Quality stainless house Thermometer as are applied to our large commercial Ovens, so don’t expect some cheap add-on. How about a beautifully custom fitted heavy duty Rotisserie applied to your Barbie? Might as well have it all, to enjoy for years to come.

Another model to consider: QUIK-FIRE‘s, SS Char-Master: This is a less expensive high quality Stainless Charcoal model, as seen in the side pictures on this page. The QUIK-FIRE SS Char-Master has an extra tall stainless top for roasting, or Smoking your Hams, Turkeys and other meats.

It also has an extra large Stainless Barbecue area, which in combination with the large top will accommodate two nice Turkeys at one time.

The, SS Char-Master is complimented with a heavy square stock steel Charcoal grate to hold your Charcoal, or Smoking Wood, along with, a nice Stainless ash scoop, as well. Dress up your Charcoal barbecuing area.
