The QuikFire BQ13 SS Grand Master is a premium stainless steel gas BBQ grill and oven manufactured in Udon Thani, Thailand. Handcrafted to high Western-quality standards, it is designed for serious home cooks, hotels, resorts and commercial users who want a large, versatile outdoor cooking system.

The BQ13 features a wide 90 × 50 cm cooking area beneath a large double-wall insulated oven-style top. This allows the grill to be used not only for traditional BBQ cooking, but also for roasting meats and poultry, baking pizzas and preparing a wide variety of oven-style dishes.

Five front-mounted ignition sparkers provide convenient burner control, while the overall unit measures approximately 2 meters wide.

Heavy-Duty Rotisserie

The BQ13 can be equipped with QuikFire's heavy-duty rotisserie system, featuring handcrafted stainless steel mounting stanchions, a 3/4-inch stainless steel shaft and a powerful rotisserie motor rated for up to 50 kg.

The large rotisserie capacity makes it possible to cook multiple items at once, including legs of lamb, pork shoulders, beef roasts and several whole chickens or turkeys.

Large Griddle / Hotplate

A large 45 × 50 cm half griddle/hotplate provides additional cooking flexibility. A 100% stainless steel hotplate is also available on request.

Rib, Sausage & Chicken Cooking Accessories

The BQ13 can also be fitted with a large sausage and rib rack for roasting ribs, sausages and other foods.

Stainless steel chicken roasting cups are available for preparing tender, juicy roast chicken without using painted aluminum beverage cans. Simply add beer or another preferred liquid to the stainless cup, season the chicken and roast it using the insulated oven top.
