The QuikFire BQ15 SS Master DeLuxe is a handcrafted stainless steel gas BBQ grill and oven manufactured in Udon Thani, Thailand. Designed for serious home BBQ cooking, entertaining and restaurant use, it combines heavy-duty stainless steel construction with a thick double-wall insulated top for grilling, roasting and baking.

The BQ15 is a full-size BBQ grill with the versatility of an outdoor oven.

Grill, Roast & Bake

The thick double-wall insulated top allows you to roast meats slowly and evenly, including prime rib, pork, lamb, ribs and turkey.

You can roast with the top closed until the meat is tender, then move it directly onto the BBQ grate to finish with your preferred sauce or glaze.

The insulated top also makes the BQ15 suitable for baking pizzas, bread, rolls, sausage rolls, meat pies, lasagna, casseroles and other oven-style dishes.

Large Removable Half Griddle

A large removable half griddle adds even more cooking flexibility.

Use it for breakfast cooking such as bacon, eggs, sausages, potatoes and pancakes while grilling steaks or other foods on the BBQ grate at the same time.
