The QuikFire BQ16 SS Master DeLuxe 4-in-1 is a handcrafted stainless steel gas BBQ grill manufactured in Udon Thani, Thailand. Designed for versatile outdoor cooking, it combines four major functions in one unit: BBQ grill, insulated oven, hotplate and professional high-pressure side burner.

Add QuikFire's optional heavy-duty stainless steel rotisserie and the BQ16 becomes a complete outdoor cooking system for homes, farms, resorts and restaurants.

BBQ Grill & Interchangeable Hotplate

The BQ16 features a large cooking area with heavy-duty stainless steel grills arranged in a 50/50 configuration.

The stainless steel hotplate can be interchanged with either side of the grill, allowing you to configure the cooking surface to suit the food you are preparing.

Dual hotplates can also be supplied for customers who prefer a larger flat cooking surface.

Insulated BBQ Oven

The thick insulated body and double-wall top allow the BQ16 to function as a true outdoor oven as well as a BBQ grill.

With the insulated top closed, meats cook quickly while retaining moisture and tenderness.

Use the oven to roast chicken, prime rib, leg of lamb, racks of ribs, beef and pork roasts and other meats.

The oven is also suitable for baking pizzas, bread, meat pies, sausage rolls, lasagna, casseroles and more.

Because QuikFire BBQ ovens are high-performance units, always monitor cooking temperatures and never leave the grill unattended at high heat.

Large Cooking Capacity

The extra-large cooking area provides plenty of space for preparing several foods at once.

Use part of the surface as a traditional BBQ grill and the other half as a hotplate for bacon, eggs, sausages, potatoes, pancakes or vegetables while steaks, chicken, pork or lamb cook alongside.

Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Rotisserie

An optional removable QuikFire rotisserie can be fitted with adjustable mounting height.

The system uses a solid 5/8-inch stainless steel shaft and a heavy-duty rotisserie motor rated for up to 40 kg.

It is suitable for chickens, turkeys, beef and pork roasts, legs of lamb, piglets and other large rotisserie cooking applications.

Professional High-Pressure Side Burner

The BQ16 includes a professional high-pressure side wok burner.

Unlike the low-pressure side burners commonly fitted to many BBQ grills, the QuikFire high-pressure burner provides powerful heat for wok cooking, soups and stir-frying while still allowing the flame to be reduced for sauces and lower-temperature cooking.

Handcrafted & Welded in Thailand

QuikFire stainless steel products are handcrafted and hand welded in Udon Thani, Thailand to high Western-quality standards.

Our grills are welded rather than supplied as flat-packed, bolt-together units, providing a strong and durable finished product ready for years of use.

Custom configurations are available, including charcoal versions for customers who prefer charcoal cooking.
