4-Rack Smoking Capacity

The SM04 provides four smoking racks for preparing ribs, pork, poultry, sausages and other smoked foods.

Its smaller footprint makes it a practical choice for customers who want the build quality of a commercial-style stainless steel smoker without the capacity of QuikFire’s larger 10- and 14-rack models.

Double-Door Design

The double-door configuration provides convenient access to the smoking chamber while helping retain heat and smoke during longer cooking sessions.

QuikFire uses quality door seals to improve smoke retention and overall cooking efficiency.

304 Stainless Steel Construction

The SM04 is handcrafted from quality 304 stainless steel for durability, corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning.
