The QuikFire SM06 is a 6-rack double-door BBQ smoker handcrafted from 304 stainless steel in Udon Thani, Thailand. Designed for serious home BBQ use, restaurants, resorts and commercial kitchens, it provides a useful balance of smoking capacity, durability and efficient heat retention.

6-Rack Smoking Capacity

The SM06 provides six smoking racks for preparing ribs, brisket, pork, poultry, sausages and other smoked foods.

Its mid-size capacity makes it ideal for customers who need more space than a compact home smoker but do not require the capacity of QuikFire’s larger 10- and 14-rack models.

Double-Door Design

The double-door configuration provides convenient access to the smoking chamber while helping reduce unnecessary heat and smoke loss during longer cooking sessions.

Quality door seals help retain heat and smoke for more consistent low-and-slow cooking.

304 Stainless Steel Construction
