This hot and fragrant rub combines bold spices and aromatic seasoning to add depth and heat to meats, chicken and other foods before grilling or barbecuing.

Pestle & Mortar Ziplock Bag		Mix together the ingredients in a Pestle & Mortar, and crush for a very short while. Smear over your chosen meat. Place meat and rub in a Ziplock Bag and leave to marinate.

2 Tablespoons	Fennel Seeds
2 Tablespoons	Cumin Seeds
2 Tablespoons	Coriander Seeds
1/2 Tablespoon	Fenugreek Seeds
1/2 Tablespoon	Black Peppercorns
1	Clove
1/2	Cinnamon Stick (broken in small pieces)
2	Cardamom Pods
	Crushed Sea Salt
