Pestle & Mortar Ziplock Bag		Mix together the ingredients in a Pestle & Mortar, and crush and pound. Massage on to your chosen meat. Place meat and rub in a Ziplock Bag and leave to marinate.

6	Garlic Cloves
10 Tablespoons	Olive Oil
